Meditation offers many benefits - relief of physical tensions pain as well as reduction in anxiety and fear. Your mind becomes more peaceful and calm and your overall health and outlook on life improves. And meditation offers even more - an experience of ease, contentment, joy, peace and stillness. In this meditative system, you are guided to look inward to the experience of the inner Self, the Beingness that you are. Class dates to be announced. Private and semi-private classes available upon request. Please contact me by email with any inquiries ************************************************************************* Guided Meditation Series: In meditation, you cultivate a state of inner healing, silence and peace. When you open your eyes, the world has not changed but you have. You are more deeply seated in your own being and your view of what is has expanded. Experience Guided Meditations in 4 weekly sessions. You will gradually progress from a guided meditation in Shavasana (Yoga’s relaxation pose) to a seated meditation. You will learn techniques that help you release tensions in your body and quiet your mind. This leads to a state of peace, rest and healing. You will get practical tools on how to practice and integrate the meditation into your daily life. This course is online and is open to new and experienced meditators. New 4 week series coming in October 2025
